It’s not about becoming someone else, but choosing a way that’s closer to yourself.
The envelope-like shape is the initial language of the series. Folding, covering and leaving blank spaces gently encapsulate an unfinished story.
It doesn’t rush to provide an answer, nor does it attempt to define the people who read it. Instead, it makes an invitation in a quiet manner — inviting you to enter the world of L’ORÈVIA, to read the beginning written by the brand, and also to leave your own sentences in the future life.
We believe that a truly important letter never belongs only to the person who wrote it. Only after it is opened, read and cherished does it acquire its complete meaning.
The same is true for ORMA.
Each piece of work starts from the brand, but continues to be written in different cities, journeys and daily lives. The leather gradually becomes softer, the luster changes slowly, and subtle marks are left by touch and use. These changes, like annotations at the edge of a letter paper, allow the same work to have unique content in different lives.
ORMA is the first letter that L’ORÈVIA wrote to the world. ORMA is the first letter that L’ORÈVIA sent to the world. Its subsequent meaning is left to time and to each person who opens it.
L’ORèVIA was born in Milan, inspired by the way we perceive the beauty in time, life, and everyday moments. Sometimes, it’s not the destination that changes life, but the way we look at it. We believe that beauty isn’t only in special moments and places—it’s hidden in the little things of daily life, waiting for you to notice. Maybe it’s that first morning light spilling over a street corner; or a road you’ve walked countless times suddenly showing a new side; or the aroma of coffee slowly filling the space by your table, bringing a moment of peace just for you. These tiny moments don’t lose their meaning just because they’re ordinary. In fact, they’re what make life real and leave marks of time.
The days still unfold along the familiar rhythm—morning, streets, work, and the way back home. Life hasn’t changed. It’s just that in a certain moment, you see it again.
Let everyday life have the possibility of being rediscovered. Life may not have changed, only the way we look at it has.
It’s not about becoming someone else, but choosing a way that’s closer to yourself.
Let every moment together carry its own unique meaning.
